Q Shoreditch Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Open to UK residents aged 18+ only. Excludes employees of Q Shoreditch and their families.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the form on the add in full. Competition runs from 09/04 to 15/04. Late entries will not be considered.

3. Prize
   The prize is: An expenses paid event run by and at Q Shoreditch.
   This extends to:
   A sparkling cocktail reception or all guests.
   Samples of our new cocktail and small plates menus will be circulated throughout. 
   This will be subject to 0 hire-fee.
   This is Non-transferable, no cash alternative.

4. Winner Selection
   The winner will be chosen by draw and notified by telephone. If unclaimed within 2 days, a new winner will be chosen.

5. Publicity
   By entering, winners consent to the use of their name/likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

6. Data Protection
   Personal data will only be used for the competition and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Liability
   Q Shoreditch is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation or prize use. The competition may be amended or cancelled at any time.

8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
