iCAN is a 1-day workshop which will be celebrating all aspects of neurodiversity with a focus on ADHD and Autism. This event will be of particular interest to parents raising children with any type of neurodiversity; individuals (newly) diagnosed; females with ADHD and/or autism, professionals and all those working in fields related to neurodiversity and want to learn more. Prepare to be inspired! You will not be disappointed.

Talks will include some of the following content:

* How to thrive educationally

* Receiving a diagnosis of ADHD or ASD later in life, now what?

* Neurodiversity in the workplace

* Navigating relationships

* How to avoid the playground-to-prison pipeline

* The Neuroscience of ADHD

* Brain-boosting benefits of nutrition and fitness

* The importance of self-compassion, self-acceptance, & self-love
